Delete Your Account In The App

You can delete your ChainAble account from the app Profile screen after signing in. Choose the account deletion option and confirm the prompt.

What Gets Deleted

Account deletion removes your ChainAble user account and asks associated backend services to purge related account, credit, purchase, entitlement, device, and AI-service records where required for the app to operate.

What May Be Retained

Some records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, legal compliance, or transaction dispute handling.

Request Help

If you cannot access the app, use the support contact listed on the Google Play listing or OAuth consent screen and include the email address used for your ChainAble account.
